She earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley and J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.

Before joining ATHENA, he served as Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler, a large national law firm where he led complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
He earned his B.A. from Harvard University and J.D. from Cornell Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
